As our Learning & Development Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the coordination and delivery of Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs across our business. Working closely with site teams, training providers, and apprentices/trainees, you'll ensure a high-quality and compliant experience for all participants. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career in L&D, HR, or vocational education who is ready to step into a busy, hands-on role with impact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for Apprenticeship and Traineeship programs
* Liaise with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), Australian Apprenticeship Support Networks (AASNs), and internal stakeholders to manage enrolments, progress tracking, and compliance
* Maintain accurate training records, reporting, and documentation
* Support program delivery across multiple sites and states
* Act as a point of contact for apprentices/trainees, supervisors, and managers regarding program queries
* Contribute to continuous improvement of early careers pathways and support processes

What you'll bring:

* Understanding of either the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network (AASN) or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) landscape
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Experience in a customer service, HR, training, or compliance support role is desirable
* A genuine interest in learning and career development pathways in the construction industry
