About usBatger is one of Australia's largest educational furniture manufacturers and suppliers and are a part of the Modern Star group of companies.We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic sales trainee to grow the business. About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who will take advantage of this exciting opportunity and make it their own. Ideally you have some sales experience (not essential) and are naturally outgoing, good with people and have a strong attention to detail.The RoleThe role predominantly consists of:A mix of in-house sales and sales support with some field salesGenerating new school and tertiary customersSupporting the sales team and learning the businessStrong career path for the right candidate Day to Day Expectations of The RoleInbound and Outbound sales callsCreating quotesVisiting customersLiaising between sales and operations teamExpected to act ethically and ensuring that customers receive value for money Required Skills and ExperiencePERFECT written, oral and visual presentation skillsDemonstrated experience selling and cold calling (preferred but not essential)Ability to work in a collaborative customer facing roleFull Drivers Licence What's in it for you?You will be rewarded with a Base Salary + Commission + Company Car.
