Overview

Duratec is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of contracts to ensure legal and commercial compliance, mitigate risks, and foster strong relationships between the client, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Review, negotiate, and amend contracts
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance
  • Oversee project start up, procurement, delivery and project close out
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client
  • Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments
  • Monitor commissioning activities including documentation
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position
  • Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes
About You
  • Minimum 6 years demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance
  • Working knowledge of project administration and project control
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Negotiation, conflict and influencing skills
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Confident facilitator
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Qualifications in Contract Management or similar discipline
  • Police clearance due to projects being on a Defence site
  • Ability to meet country of origin and security clearance requirements
