What you bring to the table

We are seeking an experienced office-based Surveyor to support our Land and Property Development team delivering nationally significant projects. Key to this role will be your commitment to providing quality client outcomes and supporting LandPartners continued operations through knowledge sharing and collaboration. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Undertaking calculations and plan preparations in support of land development projects including large residential subdivisions, complex building and volumetric format plans, engineering surveys, as constructed surveys and detail surveys.
  • Management of survey control, including network adjustments covering GNSS, terrestrial and level control for projects.
  • Preparing final output surveying data and plans to the required standards of our clients.
  • Modelling underground services and structures from GPR and EML data obtained by our in-house service locators.
  • Maintaining skills and experience in Civil3D, 12D, and Trimble Business Centre (TBC).
Who we are looking for
  • An experienced surveyor with 5+ years' experience in a field role including
  • Land Development / Large Lot subdivision experience
  • Experience processing survey data and rectifying complex issues
  • Registration with the Surveyors Board Queensland will be advantageous
What we also need
  • Experience in survey calculations and survey reductions using software such as TBC, Civil3D and 12d.
  • Strong decision making, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to deliver time critical projects.
  • Experience with survey data to reduce and check data and plans and identify issues
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
