The SchoolBallajura Community College (CC) is one of the largest providers of the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) courses in the Northeast Metropolitan Region. The RoleDue to demand, the Education Support Program is expanding. Suitable applicants will ideally be highly motivated, student- and relationship-focused and able to provide engaging, relevant, and meaningful learning experiences. You should be able to utilise innovative initiatives and be able to work effectively within a dynamic team. This would involve reflecting and assessing the effectiveness of your teaching practice and cultivating a safe learning environment. Ideally, the suitable applicant should also be able to utilise evidence-based teaching practices whilst employing a range of assessment and reporting methods. With effective interpersonal skills, suitable applicants should work closely with students, teachers, and the community to instil rigour, resilience, and pride, allowing students to achieve to their full potential.

EligibilityTo work with us, you must:
- hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment. More information about employment eligibility can be found on our website.
- apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
