About The Role:
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, face to face and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance across the team, including creating spreadsheets, creating document templates, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office systems.
- Operations Assistance: Assist the operations team by producing & reviewing job reports, generating internal workshop jobs, scheduling and updating production plans and updating parts books and match to bill of materials.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into accounting & reporting systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- General Office Duties: Manage filing systems, prepare documents, ordering office supplies and assist with day-to-day office tasks as needed.
About You:
- Confident, friendly, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills.
- Advanced in Microsoft applications.
