Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking for a role in a dynamic fitness environment? First Light Active is looking for an Admin Assistant to support our General Manager with daily administrative tasks and customer service.
About Us
At First Light Active, we go beyond workouts—we integrate evidence-based Exercise Physiology (EP) services, group fitness classes, and a strong community culture to support every member's journey, whether they're training for performance, rehabilitation, or overall well-being.
Your Role
As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with administrative tasks, data entry, and general office duties.
- Providing customer service support for members and staff.
- Handling membership inquiries and basic account management.
- Assisting with daily operations to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.
- Helping keep the gym clean, organised, and running smoothly.
About You
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with basic admin tasks and customer service.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and community.
- Experience in a gym or fitness setting (preferred but not required).
- Content creation or marketing experience is a bonus
