An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the Client Experience and Integration team within the Fines and Debts business unit at Revenue NSW. We're seeking a dynamic Senior Adviser to lead onboarding initiatives for new business partners in the State Debt portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new business partners into State Debt
• Manage a small team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Maintain governance frameworks and ensure quality assurance across onboarding processes
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic forums and working groups
• Coordinate projects and manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external networks

Qualifications

• Strong background in debt management and collections
• Demonstrated people leadership
• Skilled in project coordination, SharePoint, and JIRA
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork capabilities
• Agile mindset with a commitment to customer-focused service delivery
