We're scaling our delivery capability and looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of software, strategy, and innovation. You'll be central to translating client ideas into functional, scalable outcomes while leading high-performance teams to success.

About The Role

As a Project Manager at Labrys, you'll drive the delivery of technical projects ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals. You'll be responsible for scoping, scheduling, risk management, and team coordination, working across a portfolio of Web3 products with global impact.

This is a client-facing, hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who understands how to manage Engineering teams, collaborating with designers, and stakeholders alike.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Web3 software projects
  • Manage project scope, resourcing, timelines, and budgets
  • Facilitate team rituals stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and demos
  • Serve as the key point of contact for client communication and stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business goals into technical delivery
  • Mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and ensure quality delivery outcomes
  • Support and mentor Junior Project Managers as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Labrys delivery frameworks

What we are looking for:
  • Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, project scoping, and delivery lifecycles
  • Confidence running multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate alignment
  • Curiosity or experience in Web3/blockchain is a huge plus
  • Bonus: exposure to smart contract delivery or crypto-native clients

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors of IT, Business or Masters of Project Management.
  • Project management methodology certifications.
  • 2-4 years experience in similar roles
