Overview

A premium health food concept in Sydney's North Shore is looking for an experienced operator to take the lead in a hands-on role with up to 40% ownership in a fully established business. The foundations are in place: prime location, long-term lease, high-quality fit-out, strong brand presence, and now we're ready to scale.

Our long-term vision is to grow into a national franchise network bringing fresh, sustainable, and convenient dining to communities across Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Take lead as operator in a hands-on role with up to 40% ownership in an established business.
  • Drive growth and scale the operation in line with a national franchise vision.
  • Leverage a prime location, long-term lease, high-quality fit-out, and strong brand to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve high standards of service and performance.
Qualifications
  • Operational leadership experience in hospitality, QSR, or food retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a love for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ability to lead a team and inspire excellence.
  • Passion for health, sustainability, and community connection.
