Program Focus

Our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment. You'll receive structured professional development and hands-on opportunities within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities / Development Path

• Professional Development: Kick-off with an immersive 12-week program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions. Training opportunities align with your interests and strengthen your practice.
• Team Support: Weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
• NDIS Support: Build knowledge, simplify processes, and develop skills in report writing with a dedicated team.
• Flexibility: Choose where you work—home, café, clinical hubs, or team spaces.
• Career Opportunities: Opportunity to lead or specialise, with growth through the MedHealth group.

About the AAA-Team

We focus on the ability of every person and take action to support them to get more out of life today. As a nationally registered NDIS provider, we offer therapeutic, positive behaviour, and employment supports. Our services are delivered in the community or at accessible clinics, with a focus on choice in how and when services are received.
