Job Description

We offer a 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program that accelerates your learning and development. You'll receive structured professional development and hands-on opportunities within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Professional Development: Our program includes an immersive 12-week training followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
  • Team Support: You'll have weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
  • NDIS Support: You'll work closely with our dedicated team to build knowledge, simplify processes, and develop skills in report writing.

You'll also enjoy flexibility in choosing where you work - home, café, clinical hubs, or team spaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for graduates who share our commitment to making a difference in the lives of people with disability. Our ideal candidates are:

  • Educated and trained in Speech Pathology
  • Passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for individuals
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Registered with SPA or eligible to do so upon graduation
