Duties

A newly developed role, this key position will see you responsible for transforming data and research into actionable insights that shape the company\'s strategy, innovation, brand and customer experience.


Key duties will include:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Executive leadership team, guiding long-term strategy through deep consumer understanding and market foresight
  • Create a centralised high-impact insights function that supports corporate strategy, marketing, product development, innovation, customer experience and digital transformation
  • Leverage advanced analytics, behavioural science, AI, and trend forecasting to anticipate consumer behaviour and market shifts
  • Amplify the voice of the customer to drive strategy, design, and delivery, increasing customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Translate macro trends, economic forecasts, competitive dynamics, and consumer signals into actionable business opportunities
  • Reputational management, communication, PR and brand approval across all business units (Projects, Products and Services)


Specific requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years\' experience in strategy, brand marketing or innovation roles, ideally in consumer-facing industries
  • Knowledge of the property development or construction industry
  • Market Insight research and analysis experience
  • Strong expertise in consumer research, behavioral science, and data-driven marketing.
  • A track record of launching and scaling brands, driving differentiated customer experiences, and creating cultures of innovation
