Senior Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney Opportunity

This role presents a unique chance to work on complex corporate transactions as a senior attorney. As part of our team, you will provide expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring matters, leveraging your knowledge of the Corporation Act.

  • Advise clients on corporate and commercial law matters, including private equity, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Represent founders, financial sponsors, major corporations, and high-net-worth individuals in complex transactions.
  • Demonstrate leadership and adapt to changes in the legal market while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PQE experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission. Our firm offers a dynamic work culture, flexible working arrangements, and access to a wide network of professionals and stakeholders.
