Job Overview

This corporate marketing role is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and transform data into actionable insights that drive business strategy, innovation, brand, and customer experience.

A key position in this job will guide long-term strategy through deep consumer understanding and market foresight, anticipating consumer behaviour and market shifts. This role is ideal for someone with 10 years' experience in strategy, brand marketing or innovation roles, preferably in consumer-facing industries.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in consumer research, behavioural science, and data-driven marketing, with a track record of launching and scaling brands, driving differentiated customer experiences, and creating cultures of innovation.

  • Advanced analytics, trend forecasting, and AI will be used to anticipate consumer behaviour and market shifts.
  • Macro trends, economic forecasts, competitive dynamics, and consumer signals will translate into actionable business opportunities.
  • Reputational management, communication, PR, and brand approval across all business units will be handled by the successful candidate.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will guide the company's strategy, supporting corporate marketing, product development, innovation, customer experience, and digital transformation.

Requirements

Key requirements for this role include:

  • 10 years' experience in strategy, brand marketing, or innovation roles.
  • Knowledge of the property development or construction industry.
  • Market Insight research and analysis experience.
  • Strong expertise in consumer research, behavioural science, and data-driven marketing.
  • A track record of launching and scaling brands, driving differentiated customer experiences, and creating cultures of innovation.
