Role Purpose

Are you passionate about connecting with guests and working in a beautiful 5-star hotel? We have an opportunity for a Guest Service Agent who is brave, bold, and bursting with energy to join Crystalbrook Vincent.

ResponsibilitiesSkills and ExperienceYour Talents Will Include
  • You will be team-centric and enjoy working towards common goals.
  • You have previous hotel guest service experience.
  • Strong IT skills and process knowledge, with familiarity with Opera (PMS), and a keen attention to detail.
  • A working knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism is advantageous.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights.
  • Motivated to provide the best possible guest experience.
