Job Description

We are a continually growing, family-owned and operated Australian manufacturing business with a strong focus on providing quality products and services to our customers. With over 35 years of experience in designing and manufacturing vehicle accessory solutions, we are now seeking an experienced WHS & HR Manager to join our team.

About Your New Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate WHS and Human Resources Manager to take ownership of the role and contribute to our growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing our three local sites and one site in Adelaide, as well as managing the lifecycle of our employees.

  1. Oversight of three local sites and one site in Adelaide
  2. Employee lifecycle management
  3. Provision of HR advice across the business
  4. Development and launch of HR best practice strategies, policies, and procedures
  5. Development, implementation, and launch of best practice WHS programs and initiatives
  6. Hazard, risk, and control measure identification and assessment
  7. Conduct of toolbox safety talks
  8. Development, implementation, and maintenance of Return to Work program
About You
  • Bachelor of Business (HR/WHS or equivalent)
  • Return to Work Certificate
  • Current Driver's License
  • Strong WHS & HR experience and understanding, ideally within manufacturing
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Injury management and workers compensation experience
  • Experience with Fair Work Australia and Australian employment law
  • Strong understanding of Work Health and Safety legislation across all states
