What your day will look like..

Being on the frontline of our Client Support team, you'll play a key role across our entire organisation. Key things will be ensuring our clients' contact details are kept up to date, adjusting their payments as their circumstances change, calculating affordable arrangements to make up missed payments and ensuring reporting deadlines are met.

Being a superb multi-tasker, you will love that two days are never the same as you build rapport with our clients to help them during a very vulnerable time in their lives. You'll be a problem solver, so if you're curious and motivated to find solutions, this job is for you

Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

About you..

Your communication skills and an abundance of empathy and resilience will be your greatest assets in this role as these will provide the confidence to discuss and resolve difficult and sensitive situations with clients.

You will have a keen eye for detail and compliance as well as strong maths skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with touch typing of 40 wpm and being able to navigate CRMs and databases with ease is a must.

You do not need prior collections experience, although this can be an advantage. We will give you all the training required. We work at a fast pace at times, so being results focussed is a must. You will receive on the job training, ongoing feedback and coaching.
