We're seeking a Senior Client Services Officer to bring expertise, initiative, and leadership to a high-performing financial planning team. This pivotal role suits someone with strong technical knowledge, a proven track record in complex case management, and the drive to mentor junior staff while enhancing client experience.

The Opportunity

  • Own the end-to-end implementation of financial advice across superannuation, insurance, investments & SMSFs
  • Act as a trusted escalation point for client queries, platforms, & insurer interactions
  • Lead workflow improvements, ensuring efficiency, compliance, & service excellence
  • Oversee preparation of SOAs, review packs, and tailored reporting for high-value clients
  • Partner with advisers to deliver seamless, professional client experiences
  • Mentor & support team members to build capability across the client services function
About You
  • 4+ years in client services or paraplanning within financial planning
  • In-depth knowledge of platforms, products, and superannuation regulations
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage complex client files with precision
  • Leadership qualities—capable of guiding juniors & driving workflow efficiency
  • Professional, ethical, & client-focused approach
