The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role, where technical expertise meets customer enablement. As a Technical Account Manager for the NSW region, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Gallagher, enabling channel partners, supporting enterprise clients, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.
You'll bring our technology to life through solution design, training, commissioning, and technical leadership – all while helping Gallagher partners unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge platforms. This is a hands-on role with real influence, working across strategic accounts, high-spec systems, and some of the country's most secure sites.
In This Role, You Will
- Drive Value Through Technical Enablement: Support BDMs with system design, tenders, and pre-sales opportunities to maximise success.
- Deliver Hands-On Support: Provide expert technical guidance, in-person and remotely, across training, system migrations, commissioning, audits and upgrades.
- Promote Gallagher's High-Security Systems: Help bring our world-class solutions into Government and Corporate spaces through smart solution design and certifications.
- Collaborate and Influence: Work across product, sales, support, R&D, and partners to deliver seamless outcomes.
- Champion Technical Best Practice: Maintain technical records, implement standards, and provide feedback that shapes our innovation pipeline.
To be successful in this role you'll need to be familiar with Gallagher Security products with a sound knowledge of electronic security solutions.
You'll Bring
- A strong ability to work in, and support a close team environment
- 5+ years of experience in electronic security systems
- Project management and/or security systems installation experience
- Deep understanding of the networked IT environment in the IT industry
- Understanding of electrical concepts and systems
- Tender Response and Preparation knowledge
- Excellent skills in planning, organising, and working collaboratively
