What you'll do

• Process new business, renewals, quotes, policy endorsements and cancellations.
• Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts through the entire broking process.
• Confidently and effectively communicate with team members, customers, BCMS and underwriters.
• Contribute to BCB Group's business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business.

What you'll bring

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Flexibility to assist others, as and when required.

We'd really like it if you also have:

• Strata insurance experience
• Tier 1 RG146
• Minimum 4+ years experience in a financial services role
• Experience and comfortable using a wide range of technology tools
