This role oversees various functions including corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on risk, finance, and governance matters.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting initiatives.
  • Providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on risk, finance, and governance.
  • Overseeing legal compliance, internal audit, and probity functions.
  • Managing financial stewardship and investment analysis aligned to public sector principles.
  • Driving strong corporate communication, brand reputation, and stakeholder engagement.
About You

You are an experienced executive with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

  • Proven experience in a Corporate Services or similar role within a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

You hold tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Law, or Business and have a professional designation such as CPA or CA. Postgraduate qualifications in Strategy, Governance, Risk or Law are also desirable.

In addition to your qualifications, you must be able to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) and hold a current QLD Driver's Licence.
