Job Description
Are you a highly experienced BDM with good relationships within the Commercial/Asset Finance Broker channel? Do you thrive on building new business whilst building rapport with customers? In this role you will use your highly developed relationship skills to increase revenue through our broker channel. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our customers are at the forefront of everything we do. You'll also be involved in building our brand through industry events and presenting within the finance sector.
Qualifications
How you will make a difference
Facilitate the distribution of Shift's products into large corporate and enterprise level customers by building relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying appropriate solutions to drive their success.
Prospect and develop business by establishing and growing your network across a range of target industries.
Take ownership over your activities to meet or exceed agreed targets.
Work with the Broker Sales team to capture opportunities – working with third party introducers as is appropriate.
Work with the project onboarding team upon the acquisition of new clients to ensure product implementation and "rollouts" are successful.
Consider opportunities from both a sales and risk perspective – ensuring targeted outcomes align to broader business objectives.
Skills that set you apart
2 years + experience working in a Sales/BDM role within Finance
Previous experience in a similar role delivering complex financial solutions – to corporate or enterprise/institutional level customers.
Ability to self-start with a proven history of success in a consultative sale role dealing with sophisticated business clients.
Ability to understand the financial risks and levers of a business – particularly in relation to factors that influence working capital.
Prior experience in a credit advantageous but not essential.
Additional Information
Develop & execute quarterly/annual sales plans within your region to meet sales objectives.
Activate new brokers whilst maintaining existing network.
Onboard, train & develop new brokers.
Represent Shift at various aggregator & industry events.
Build trust and long-term relationship with our broker network.
Manage key relationships with aggregator sales personnel at state level.
Build Shift's brand awareness across your dedicated region.
Keep up to date with market and industry trends.

Job Description
Join Shift as an InternalBDM and be responsible for increasingrevenue by growing the broker portfolio within the assigned region in an office-based role.You willfocuson activating broker accounts over the phone and face to faceand generatenew commercial loan applications whileincreasing Shift's broker penetration.
Qualifications
2+ years' experience working a sales/inside sales/internal BDM role, solution-selling to customers
Ability to drive sales and easily build rapport
Be a high achiever, self-driven and accountable
Be strategic in your approach with customers
Have a proactive attitude, your world is all about the customer and enhancing their experience.

Working closely with your team to get deals executed proficiently and effectively
Market Knowledge & Advisory :
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, market conditions, and competitor information impacting Corporate Finance/Commercial Lending .
Target Achievement & Reporting :
Achieve individual targets and contribute to the overall performance of Shift.
Prepare and present regular reports on client performance, market conditions, and business development activities.
Use CRM systems and other tools to track client interactions and progress toward business goals.
