HCLTech is looking for motivated, Japanese‑fluent fresh graduates to join our Network Operations Center (TAC) support team for enterprise and service‑provider customers. This is your chance to begin a networking career with extensive training, hands‑on learning, and collaboration with Client and HCLTech experts on advanced technologies.
What You'll Do
- Complete intensive training in networking technologies (Routing & Switching, Enterprise & Service Provider Networking, Network Security) and Cisco solutions.
- Participate in CCNA training with lab exercises to build practical skills.
- Engage in Japanese language and cultural training to enable effective support for Japanese‑speaking customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents for end‑customers under guidance.
- Document issues and resolutions clearly in both English and Japanese.
- Follow all security, compliance, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross‑tier teams (Tier 1–3) and stakeholders.
- Continuously learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
What We're Looking For
Educational & Technical Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts: OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching.
- Basic familiarity with command-line interfaces and troubleshooting workflows.
- Native or near-native fluency in Japanese (written and spoken), demonstrated by JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Understanding of KPIs, dimensionality, and data modeling/reporting basics.
- Experience with Python or Perl scripting, automation or data manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) for publishing/report deployment.
- Knowledge of Power BI / DAX is a plus.
- CCNA or other relevant certifications under preparation/in progress.
- CCNA-focused training with lab sessions and Cisco-specific learning.
- Mentoring, shadowing, and exposure to senior engineers.
- Clear progression path through Tier 1, 2, 3 based on performance.
