We are a leading Managed Service Provider who offer a range of support from onsite hardware to remote access networking and security. We are currently expanding and looking to find a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to join our growing team

• Located in Melbourne CBD
• On-site, 5 days a week
• Up to $110,000 + Super
• At least 5 years of experience with Vmware ESXI, Microsoft 365, Windows and RMM
• Thorough knowledge in routers and switches specifically across WAN, LAN, WAN/LAN

WHO ARE WE?

Our mission is to develop within the Manages Services space and evolve with emerging technologies, as well as building strong relationships with our new and current clients. We specialise in delivering high quality IT services, repairs and installation to clients within Australia. We are a leading MSP that has of over 10 years of experience; and we're looking for a level 3 support engineer with understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Level 3 IT Engineer, you will need to be able to effectively complete complex tickets efficiently whilst communicating and collaborating with the respect team. You will also be working on projects with a team on a client's site so communication is vital for this role .

You'll need to apply your skills in Azure, VMs, Microsoft 365, Windows, MSP, RMM, you will support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. You will need to manage, resolve, escalate and communicate in this role.

• 7 years experience of within the IT industry
• Minimum of 3 years experience within the MSP space
• In depth experience managing VMs and Spinning up environments within Azure
• 4 years of experience with Intune and Networking
• Able to demonstrate ability to work in a client facing position.
• Driver's License Required
• Microsoft Certifications
