Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Manager to join our team for the service transformation project. As an Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our strategic objectives by enhancing operational efficiencies and ensuring the successful implementation of new projects.

Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with project leadership to understand service transformation objectives and translate them into clear enablement plans.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to build capabilities aligned with new service models.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on project budgets, performance metrics, and other key indicators to stakeholders facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team and projects.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Degree in Business, IT, Communications, Project Management, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enablement, change management, training, or service management roles — preferably within transformation or digital initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and change management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training and communication programs.
