We're now on the hunt for a self-starter to help shape our growth journey from the ground up.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Manager / Business Development Manager to join the team at Ležaja & Co, at our current office based in Loganholme.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties and driving new business opportunities to expand our client base.
You will be supported by a team with decades of industry experience.
What you'll be doing
Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting inspections, overseeing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring timely rent collection.
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords, acting as the primary point of contact for all property-related inquiries and issues.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting for new clients and properties.
Work closely with our General Manager to grow this division.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Property Manager.
Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition, with the confidence to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Thorough understanding of residential property management processes, including tenancy agreements, property inspections, maintenance coordination, legislation, and QCAT.
Trust accounting experience.
Experience in Property Tree is desirable.
