Job Details

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Team Leader, you will oversee key operations ensuring quality, compliance, and integrity across processes such as reception, storage, shipment, returns, and destruction of materials. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert in Good Manufacturing Practices, relabelling, and training activities while approving processes and releasing shipments for distribution.

• Approve and release shipments for distribution under supervision.
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute relabelling and Good Manufacturing Practices-related activities while maintaining compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
• Provide training on Good Manufacturing Practices processes, relabelling, and operational systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee product status changes (e.g., quarantines, expired stock) and ensure systematic accuracy.
• Participate in emergency response rosters for temperature-controlled product concerns.
• Work in temperature-controlled environments, including +15 to +25°C, +2 to +8°C, and -20 to -30°C.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in stock control and balance sheet processes.

Education

• Tertiary qualification or equivalent training in pharmaceutical services or Health Science.

Experience

• External Candidates: Minimum 5 years of logistics experience in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with GMP environments handling labelling and secondary packaging.
• Proven experience in relabelling, GMP environments, and managing batch records.
• Would be an advantage to have some warehousing experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Self-driven with the ability to train and mentor others in a consultative and collaborative manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and numeracy skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20kg safely, following manual handling training.
