The Opportunity

We're hiring for multiple roles across new and ongoing projects:

  • Traffic Controllers (TCR)
  • Team Leaders
  • TMA Operators

Flexible start dates and long-term job security available.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage traffic flow at worksites and events
  • Operate Stop/Slow bats to direct vehicles and pedestrians
  • Set up, monitor, and remove traffic control plans
  • Perform vehicle checks and equipment loading/unloading
  • Complete safety paperwork and hazard assessments
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maintain safe and compliant work zones
  • Follow directions from team leaders and site supervisors
What You'll Bring
  • Traffic Control Work Training (TCWT) Card – TCR & IMP
  • Construction White Card (OH&S)
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends
  • A safety-first attitude and great communication
  • Ability to work well solo or in a team
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Prior experience is a bonus – but not essential
