About the Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Prince of Wales Hotel | Dream big with us Good food, good drinks and good people - what could be better? At ALH, our pubs are a place to escape and feel at home. Where stories are made and retold. And with passion on tap, our team adds to every pub's story. Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. As a Food & Beverage Attendant no two days will be the same. In this fast paced role, you'll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service.

A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant includes engaging with guests, sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments, introducing guests to ALH Loyalty Programs, and contributing to a culture focused on safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments for guests
  • Inform guests about ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits
  • Contribute positively to a culture of safety and RSA compliance
What we need from you
  • You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • You hold a current RSA certificate
  • You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
