Location: Brisbane

Join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Felons Barrel Hall, inspired by European beer halls. We offer a lively atmosphere with craft beer, bold flavors, and live music, and are seeking energetic team players to deliver exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up the venue for service and events
  • Adhering to company policies and standards
  • Providing excellent guest service on each shift
  • Participating in shift briefings for smooth operations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
  • Fostering positive team relationships
  • Handling guest inquiries courteously
  • Managing cash and transactions accurately

What we're looking for:

  • Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (essential)
  • Experience in high-volume venues (desirable)
  • Knowledge of our offerings and activations
  • Ability to work close shifts (up to 1am)
  • Passion for guest service with full training provided
  • A positive, collaborative attitude
  • Valid Queensland RSA
