Responsibilities
  • Social Media Coordinator and Administration Officer cum Receptionist duties: manage the company's online presence and provide administrative and reception support.
  • Social Media Coordination: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Content creation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, and multimedia assets.
  • Community management: Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages to foster positive interaction.
  • Analytics: Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, communications, and content teams to align social media efforts with organizational goals and campaigns.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain an innovative digital presence.
  • Administration duties: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining office supplies, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
