Solicitor – HYBRID – Regional Victoria

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Solicitor or Senior Solicitor with Family Law and Wills & Estates experienceto join our team in beautiful Echuca (Swan Hill or Cohuna). (Candidates with conveyancing, elder abuse and/or criminal law are welcome bonuses).

______Day-to-Day Overview.

This hybrid position offers a mix of remote work and 2-3 days per week in the office; providing the in-person service our clients appreciate most. We bring the clients to you, and will work with you to support your success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Independently managing client matters from start to finish (incl. court appearances where required)
• Providing high-quality client service -building & maintaining strong relationships based on trust & compassion
• Collaborating with/contributing to our team while maintaining autonomy in your work.

(Whilst our solicitors handle their own correspondence and drafting of letters, our Administration Team is on hand to ensure you focus your time where you add the greatest value.)

What we're looking for:

• Full Australian working rights - essential.
• Proven experience in Family Law & Wills & Estates; handling matters independently - essential.
• Client-focused approach with empathy & care at the core of your practice.
• Strong tech-savviness to efficiently manage file load and client needs.
• Strong time management + sense of ownership over your work.
• A growth mindset—open to learning, improving, and growing with us.

Lastly, whilst the work itself is autonomous we operate as a team; this is very important to us. We believe we do our best work together, not in isolation.
