  • Manage outstanding accounts from Australia's largest institutions
  • Make and receive high-volume outbound and inbound calls
  • Investigate and locate customers to establish contact
  • Build relationships with customers with rapport and trust
  • Negotiate repayment solutions to create positive outcomes

Who You Are

Want to start or grow your career in Financial Services with a leading company? Looking for a career change or more security and opportunity? Collections experience isn't required as we provide training with continued support and coaching. The majority of our leaders began in this same role.

  • Experience in a call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales or similar industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Persistence and resilience for challenging conversations
  • Negotiation ability is highly desirable
  • Results-driven with a target-focused mindset
  • Natural problem solver and solution provider
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
Essential Criteria
  • Permanent full-time availability, Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM
