About the Role

As General Manager, you'll work closely with the Owner, Director, and Licensee to oversee the revenue-generating functions of the business while leading and inspiring a high-performance culture.

  • Driving sales and property management growth in line with strategic goals.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a passionate team of Sales Executives, BDMs, Property Managers, and Marketing professionals.
  • Overseeing operational excellence, compliance, and business performance reporting.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Championing company culture, creating an environment where people thrive and succeed
Skills & Experience

We're looking for a dynamic leader with:

  • 5+ years' experience in the real estate industry.
  • A proven track record leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, organisational skills, and operational oversight.
  • The ability to foster collaboration while driving results.
  • Current registration for Sales & Property Management (Full Real Estate Agent Licence preferred).
