KMG Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations for our high-growth, privately-owned labour hire and construction support business based in Perth. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across labour hire and construction support scopes
  • Manage workforce mobilisation, allocation, and project delivery
  • Lead recruitment, planning, and team coordination
  • Drive safety, compliance, and quality across all projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred Requirements
  • Proven leadership in labour hire, construction, or civil contracting
  • Commercial and mining sector experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of site compliance, mobilisation, and WHS systems (CM3, Avetta, ISO etc.)
