The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Store Managers (Retail Manager) for our stores across Perth to lead our team. You will be responsible for driving store performance, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and leading a team to achieve sales and service targets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock control, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive business growth through sales initiatives, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop staff rosters and manage workforce planning to meet store demands.
Skills and experience
  • Previous retail management or supervisory experience (telecommunications industry highly regarded).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Knowledge of mobile phone and telecommunications products desirable
