We are currently looking for dynamic and experienced individuals to join our leadership team.

About the role

Lead and motivate a team of Retail Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Ensure compliance with Optus & Zone policies and procedures.

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as required.

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximise profitability.

Train and develop staff to ensure a high level of product knowledge and customer service skills.

Build an environment which fosters collaboration & accountability.

Maintain high store standards to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
