This role will facilitate day-to-day operations & manage the studio's administrative needs. It'll support multiple teams, across geographies, consisting of Software Developers, Game Designers, Project Managers, Art/Creative and Test engineers. It will work closely with internal & external collaborators, facilitating, reporting on & guiding the delivery of projects throughout their life cycle.

Responsibilities

Work with team leads to embedding development and quality processes. Regularly monitor & share observations to improve the timeliness, productivity, and quality of results. You'll maintain a high level of transparency with the leadership team & work with them to ensure the right things are monitored, the findings shared in a form that satisfies tactical & strategic needs.

Work with studio leadership to support strategic plans and objectives.

Facilitates & drives towards consensus on operational matters, ensures operations are effective at delivering upon studio needs (measure, assess, feedback, refine).

Take the lead on administrative matters, proposing solutions while seeking consensus when consensus is required.

Facilitate & participate in planning activities, work with team leads to identify dependencies and track these through to their resolution.

Engage team leads to identifying and raising risks on time, ensuring that, where possible, mitigation strategies are proposed & actioned.

Monitor delivery, share observations, work with leads to ensure that there is accountability & buy-in from both delivery & quality perspectives. Where there are exceptions, there is a focus on constructive messaging & course correction.

Facilitate meaningful & effective retrospectives. You believe failure can be a great teacher; that a constructive, blame-free culture is the best way to solicit lessons learnt & ultimately improve.

Promote an excellent team culture. You understand your role as a communicator & facilitator resonates both within & beyond the team.

Work with studio leadership to plan, staff, budget & manage expense priorities. Capture & communicate these effectively, being conscious of your internal & external customers' needs.

What We're Looking For

Demonstrable accomplishments in delivery management, Project Management, or a relevant domain.

Experience working across a multi-disciplinary team, possessing different levels of technical & domain fluency.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

A solutions-first mindset while seeking consensus, where decisions shouldn't be made in isolation. You'll have the instincts & experience to know the difference.

You enjoy finding the story in data but understand that care needs to be taken in its analysis. You ensure that it is neither overwhelming nor misleading & supported by a robust hypothesis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
