Our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment. It begins with an immersive 12-week program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions. You will have weekly 1:1 supervision, a buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training to support your development.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in a 12-month graduate program designed to accelerate learning and development in a supportive environment.
  • Engage in 12-week immersive onboarding, followed by ongoing clinical workshops and personal growth sessions.
  • Receive regular supervision and mentorship (weekly 1:1, buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, fortnightly training).
  • Contribute to NDIS-related supports with guidance from the team, focusing on report writing and building knowledge.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes for people with disability.
Qualifications
  • Empathetic and driven to create meaningful, life-changing outcomes.
  • Willing to develop abilities through effort, learning and tenacity.
  • Team player with collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Energetic and ready to embrace opportunities with enthusiasm and trust.
  • Committed to clear, simple communication to help the people supported understand what we do and why.
  • Registered with SPA or eligible to do so upon graduation.
