About the Role:

As a CRM Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. You'll be responsible for executing targeted campaigns, supporting lifecycle strategies, and enhancing our loyalty program. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and brand advocacy, making a meaningful impact on our customers and our business. If you\u2019re someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at bringing clarity to ambiguity, this role could be a great fit for you.

What You Will Do:
  • Deliver and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels using Emarsys or similar CRM platforms
  • Set up and support automated lifecycle journeys and customer segmentation strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure timely asset delivery
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain dashboards and campaign reports, translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Assist in loyalty program communications, promotions, and member engagement tracking
  • Work cross-functionally with eCommerce, Brand, and Customer Service teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals
Who You Are:
  • You bring 2–3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing
  • Proficient in Emarsys or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in building emails and setting up automation workflows
  • You have a strong grasp of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
  • You're analytical, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You take initiative, work autonomously, and communicate effectively across teams
  • Bonus points if you have experience in fashion eCommerce, A/B testing tools, or loyalty programs
