Your new role

The Cable Jointer Leading Hand plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, reliability, sustainability, and affordability of our network. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating field employees to work safely and efficiently according to approved standards, with a primary focus on safety. You/'ll oversee on-site activities, including safety protocols, permits, and coordination with other teams. Additionally, you/'ll coordinate emergency restoration work, address customer complaints, mentor less experienced employees, and provide technical advice. Collaboration with planners and schedulers to allocate resources effectively and preparing job sites for upcoming work are also key aspects of the role.
