We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our close-knit team working on YouTube and social content for our online influencer group 'The Boys'. The role will be primarily based at our head office in Sydney, Australia.

The role will work closely with our Creative Director, Head of Production, Head of Ventures and team of editors to ensure that all visual elements are aligned.

Click is a talent first media and ventures studio, based in Australia. We manage and build businesses alongside digital talent.

The Boys are a fast-growing YouTube group and media brand with a loyal following and a distinct voice. They have built an incredible connection with their audience through content and product.

The main duties for this role include:

  • Create video thumbnail designs on a weekly basis to be utilised across our YouTube channels
  • Create promotional content highlighting new videos, merchandise and product drops, tours and more
  • Create social content to drive engagement with our core audience
  • Coming up with innovative themes and concepts for merchandising and products
  • Maintain brand guidelines and brand voice across verticals

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
  • Minimum of 1 years of junior-level graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
  • Experience with social media content creation
  • Strong familiarity with YouTube content and culture
  • Basic knowledge of photography.
  • Animation/video skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of internet based design standards and trends with a curiosity to learn and grow.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
