Overview

Clinical Nurse Educator - Medical/Vascular

Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced clinician to join our team as the Clinical Nurse Educator. This multifaceted role delivers education across multiple specialties, including general medical and vascular. The educator will work across all shift types and contribute to hospital-wide education and the Hospital Education Department's strategic plan.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based training and support to staff across hospital specialties as required
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs across the facility
  • Contribute to the hospital's quality improvement process
  • Support the Nurse Unit Manager and Department Manager to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in line with Ramsay Health Care values and strategic direction
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience within a hospital setting
  • Experience in medical and vascular specialties
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
  • Proven ability to act as a positive role model and professional
  • Team leading experience
  • Excellent time management and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Passion for mentoring junior team members
Remuneration and Benefits

Base hourly rate of $55.17 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances ( NSW Clinical Nurse/Midwifery Educator).

Requirements
  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, as appropriate for the role
