Job Title: Regional Sales and Retail Development Manager

As a seasoned sales professional, you will lead a team of Territory Sales Managers in driving lottery sales performance across assigned regions. Your primary objective is to develop and execute retail sales strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement sales-driving events to increase sales at retail locations.
  • Provide training and support to Territory Managers to ensure excellence in execution.
  • Conduct regular visits to retail locations to ensure excellent merchandising and point-of-sale execution.
  • Supervise Territory Sales Managers to recruit new lottery retailers and merchandise lottery tickets.
  • Analyze sales information to identify opportunities to increase store-level sales and develop strategies to achieve this goal.

This role requires strong supervisory skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for developing and executing retail sales strategies. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing effective retail sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership and a proven track record of driving sales growth in retail environments. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Recruiting and training new lottery retailers.
  2. Merchandising lottery tickets and other products.
  3. Developing and implementing sales-driving events.
  4. Providing training and support to Territory Managers.
  5. Conducting regular visits to retail locations to ensure excellent merchandising and point-of-sale execution.

Additional requirements include:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to travel regularly to retail locations.
