We're looking for a paid ads specialist to help us grow client brands through smart, well-managed campaigns.

This is a freelance / per-client role. You'll be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimising ad campaigns for Carbon Studios' clients. Mainly service-based brands with some eCommerce.

You'll collaborate with our team on content, strategy, and campaign angles, and take ownership of the ad side of things from setup to reporting.

This isn't full-time yet, but we're looking for someone who wants ongoing, repeat work and can manage a few accounts reliably - with the opportunity to scale into a full-time workload over time if it's a fit.

There's a lot of interesting/dynamic campaigns we want to build for some cool clients. You'll be working with a small team that's all-in on building campaigns that perform and look good.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and manage Meta ad campaigns (some Google too if you're across both)
  • Set up audiences, creative variations, campaign structure, and testing cycles
  • Monitor performance, make adjustments, and report monthly
  • Coordinate with our team for content and campaign direction
  • Manage multiple client accounts (starting with 1–2 and growing from there)

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid experience running Meta ads (real campaigns, not just certifications)
  • Confident managing service-based business campaigns (lead gen, local, authority building)
  • Comfortable advising on creative and positioning for performance
  • Able to manage a few accounts monthly and grow from there
  • Good communicator, organised, and responsive
  • Bonus if you have Google Ads experience too
