We are seeking an experienced EA/Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a licensed professional with 1-2 years of solid real estate experience, you will be the right-hand person to a highly motivated sales agent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales agent's diary and appointments to ensure efficient scheduling
  • Coordinate inspections, open homes, and client communications
  • Prepare and process sales contracts and documentation
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and database management
  • Liaise with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders professionally and promptly
  • Support the sales agent to deliver an exceptional client experience from enquiry to settlement
  • Perform general administration and office duties as required
Requirements:
  • Current Real Estate Licence (mandatory)
  • 1-2 years' experience working as a real estate assistant or sales associate
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively
  • Passionate about real estate with a genuine desire to grow within the industry
