About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Rydges North Sydney. In this pivotal role, you will support the Front Office Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Assist with rostering, shift management, and ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals and KPI targets.
  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with other hotel departments.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a front office or supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera experience highly regarded).
  • Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
