The role of Clinical Coordinator involves coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow. This includes supporting the Orthodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality care, managing treatment schedules and patient communications, assisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our busy practice in Chatswood. The successful candidate will have experience as a Clinic/Treatment Coordinator or within a Dental practice, a Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting, and strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Previous experience as a Clinic/Treatment Coordinator or within a Dental practice
