The Deputy Head of Secondary works closely with the Head of Secondary to guide the day-to-day life of the school, nurturing a culture where staff and students are inspired to learn, lead, and serve.

With responsibility for student wellbeing, behaviour, and co-curricular opportunities, the Deputy Head of Secondary champions a holistic approach to education that equips young people to serve with purpose beyond themselves. With a blend of leadership and teaching (currently including a small teaching allocation), your influence will be both strategic and personal — leading systems, supporting staff, and staying close to the classroom so your leadership remains grounded in what matters most.
